Configurator

Show customers exactly what they're buying: in 3D, with live pricing

Configure window frames, doors, sliding doors, dormers, verandas and more in a parametric 3D view. Every choice, such as layout, opening direction, colour, glass or sill, updates the visual and the price instantly.

  • Eight product families: window frames, doors, sliding windows & patio doors, bifolds, dormers, verandas, roller shutters and extensions
  • Realistic profiles based on VEKA, Schüco and Aluplast systems
  • Prices from your price book: combination tables, price formulas, surcharges in € or %, installation hours
What it is

What is a window configurator?

A window configurator is software for composing a made-to-measure window frame: dimensions, pane layout, tilt-and-turn sections, colour, glass and options. Bryntra renders the result in 3D and computes the price live from your own pricing, not an estimate, but your actual sales price.

  • Eight product families: window frames, doors, sliding windows & patio doors, bifolds, dormers, verandas, roller shutters and extensions
  • Realistic profiles based on VEKA, Schüco and Aluplast systems
  • Prices from your price book: combination tables, price formulas, surcharges in € or %, installation hours
  • AR: customers view the product life-size in their own space, straight from the quote page
  • The 3D view is automatically included as an image on the quote and PDF
  • Unpriceable combinations are blocked before they ever reach a quote
In the app

An AR showroom on any phone

Every 3D model exports to AR for iPhone and Android, without installing an app. Place a dormer on the roof or a veranda in the garden during the kitchen-table meeting, or let customers do it at home via their quote link.

From photo to draft quote with AI

Upload photos, sketches or a PDF survey: AI extracts geometry only, such as dimensions, layout and opening directions. Pricing then comes from your own deterministic engine. AI never touches your money.

What you get

Parametric, not pictures

Not a photo library but real geometry: every dimension, pane layout, opening direction and profile depth is built live. Tilt-and-turn sashes open in the model, sliding doors show their travel, and L-shapes are priced on the true rectangles.

Your prices, deterministic

Pricing management gives you control per family: combination tables with bands, price formulas from factory quotes, colour surcharges, glass per m², screens, sills and installation time. The engine always computes the same: reproducible and auditable to the cent.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the questions companies ask us most.

Do I start with an empty price book?
Yes, a new workspace deliberately starts with an empty price book: we don't pre-fill it with made-up prices that wouldn't match your actual purchasing and margin anyway. The app shows red and green dots for exactly which product families still need pricing, so you can fill them in before quoting for real.
Which products can I configure in 3D?
Eight product families: window frames, doors, sliding windows & patio doors, bifold windows & doors, dormers, verandas, roller shutters and prefab extensions. Each family has its own parametric 3D model and pricing logic, from a tilt-and-turn window to a full extension.
Does the 3D configurator work on tablet or phone?
Yes, the configurator runs in the browser and adapts to your screen: the office on a big monitor, you at the customer's kitchen table on a tablet or phone. Nothing to install to configure and spin the model in 3D.
How does the AR view actually work?
Every 3D model automatically exports to AR files (GLB for Android, USDZ for iPhone). From the quote page or during the visit you open that file straight in the phone's camera, no separate app needed, placing a dormer life-size on the roof or a veranda in the garden, for example.
Does the configurator use my own prices or generic estimates?
Your own prices, always. You fill Pricing Management with combination tables, price formulas based on factory quotes, surcharges in € or % and installation hours; the configurator computes live from that. There's no generic national estimate or Bryntra margin in between: it's exactly your sales price.
What happens if a size falls outside my price table?
Bryntra interpolates within the bands you've entered, but a combination you've never priced, such as a slightly larger size or an option you haven't filled in, gets blocked rather than guessed. That way an accidentally wrong price never reaches a quote; you add the missing row once in Pricing Management and it works from then on.
