Quotes, customers and numbers are the heart of your business. That's why security at Bryntra isn't a setting but a design principle, from the database to the work order on your fitter's phone.

EU hosting
Database, storage and application servers run within the European Union (Ireland and Dublin). Your data never leaves the EU for storage.

Isolation at database level
Every workspace is separated through row-level security in Postgres, enforced by the database itself, not just the application. Viewing another company's data simply isn't possible.

Encryption
All traffic runs over TLS; data is stored encrypted. Passwords are hashed, sessions are short-lived and refresh securely.

Two-factor authentication
2FA (TOTP) for every account, and as an owner you can enforce it across your whole workspace. Administrators of the platform itself are required to use 2FA.

Roles and permissions
Owner, admin, sales, office and fitter: each role sees exactly what belongs to it. Fitters only see their own jobs and work orders.

Audit logging
Sensitive actions (around money, permissions and settings) are logged with who, what and when. Always traceable afterwards.

Backups
Daily backups of the full database, managed on European infrastructure.

GDPR: export & erasure
Full data export and the right to erasure are built into the app (Settings → Data & privacy), no support ticket needed.

The money path is sacred
All amounts are computed in integer cents by deterministic, tested functions. Invoice numbers are gap-free and continuous. AI never has access to prices, VAT or numbering.
