Pricing & trial
What does Bryntra cost?
Bryntra starts at €99 per month for Starter (3 users): CRM, quotes, invoicing, planning and work orders. Professional is €249 per month (10 users), adding the 3D configurator, pricing engine and quote-from-photos. Complete is €499 per month (25 users), with job costing, reporting and the AR showroom. All prices exclude VAT and you start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. See the full comparison on the pricing page.
What exactly is included in each plan?
Starter (€99, 3 users) gives you the full digital workflow: CRM, quotes with e-signing, invoices with UBL/NLCIUS, planning, work orders and the AI assistant. Professional (€249, 10 users) adds the 3D configurator for all 8 families, the pricing engine, quote-from-photos and instalment invoices. Complete (€499, 25 users) unlocks job costing, reporting with a salesperson leaderboard, the AR showroom and customer satisfaction. Enterprise is custom, for more users or a guided migration.
Am I locked into an annual contract?
No. Every Bryntra plan is cancellable monthly, even after your trial ends. You manage this yourself through a secure Stripe portal, with no notice period and no phone call needed. Annual invoicing is only ever an option for Enterprise arrangements, never a requirement.
Are the prices including or excluding VAT?
All listed prices (€99, €249 and €499 per month) exclude VAT. Your Bryntra invoice itself shows the applicable VAT rate broken out, exactly like the quotes and invoices you create in Bryntra for your own customers.
What happens after the free trial ends?
After 14 days we ask you to pick a plan and add a payment method. Nothing charges automatically, and you're never billed silently. If you don't upgrade, your data simply stays saved while your workspace is on hold, so you can pick up again later.
Are there setup fees or an implementation charge?
No, Bryntra has no mandatory setup fees. You configure your own price book, branding and team inside the app, at your own pace. Only a guided migration from an old system, historical invoices for example, is an Enterprise arrangement with its own separate price.
What are AI credits and what do they cost?
AI credits pay for actual use of the AI assistant: chatting, drafting a quote from photos, or the weekly insights. You start with €5 of free credit, and every plan then includes its own allowance with transparent per-step pricing after that. AI credits never affect your quote prices: those always come from the regular, deterministic pricing engine.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can always upgrade or downgrade between Starter, Professioneel and Compleet. Upgrading takes effect immediately: new features like the 3D configurator become available right away. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing period, and your data stays intact, even for features your new plan doesn't include.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
By default you pay month to month, with no obligation. If you'd rather be invoiced annually, or you have a lot of users, that's negotiable within an Enterprise arrangement: get in touch to discuss it.
I need more than 25 users. Is that possible?
Yes. Compleet is our largest standard plan at 25 users, but for bigger teams, multiple branches or a guided migration from your old system we put together a custom Enterprise arrangement. Get in touch to talk through your situation.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You sign up with no credit card and get full access to Bryntra for 14 days straight away. You create your own workspace, invite colleagues and build real quotes, with no demo environment or fake data. Only after those 14 days do we ask for a payment method if you want to continue.
How quickly can I actually get started?
Right away: within minutes of creating your workspace you can enter your first customer and quote. Add your branding, logo and team members whenever suits you: none of that blocks using the core features from day one.
Can I bring data over from my old system?
For most companies, entering customers and products manually or via CSV during the trial works fine. If you have a larger archive, for instance years of invoices from a legacy package, we handle that as a guided migration under an Enterprise arrangement. Get in touch to discuss what's possible.
Do I start with an empty price book?
Yes, a new workspace deliberately starts with an empty price book: we don't pre-fill it with made-up prices that wouldn't match your actual purchasing and margin anyway. The app shows red and green dots for exactly which product families still need pricing, so you can fill them in before quoting for real.
Is the 3D configurator included in every plan?
The 3D configurator and its pricing engine are included from Professional (€249/month) upwards, so also in Complete. Starter works with quotes built from free lines and your product list, without the parametric 3D view. The AR showroom is part of Complete.
Quotes & signing
Is e-signing in Bryntra legally valid?
Every signature in Bryntra generates solid evidence: the signed quote is sealed as a PDF with a SHA-256 fingerprint, plus the signer's name and timestamp, so you can show exactly what was signed and when. We're not lawyers, so for a ruling on your specific situation or industry we'd recommend checking with legal counsel.
Can my customer sign on their phone?
Yes, the public quote page works on any screen. The customer opens the link, reviews the quote and any 3D views, and signs with a finger on a phone or tablet just as easily as with a mouse on a laptop.
Can I send quotes in English too?
Yes. You set a default language in your business settings, and can override it per quote to Dutch or English. Each document permanently remembers its own language: if you change your setting later, an already-sent quote keeps the language it was created in.
Does an old quote change if I update my branding later?
No. Logo, colours and footer are snapshotted at the moment you send a quote. If you update your branding later, previously sent quotes and PDFs keep looking exactly as they did when the customer received them.
Configurator & pricing
Which products can I configure in 3D?
Eight product families: window frames, doors, sliding windows & patio doors, bifold windows & doors, dormers, verandas, roller shutters and prefab extensions. Each family has its own parametric 3D model and pricing logic, from a tilt-and-turn window to a full extension.
Does the 3D configurator work on tablet or phone?
Yes, the configurator runs in the browser and adapts to your screen: the office on a big monitor, you at the customer's kitchen table on a tablet or phone. Nothing to install to configure and spin the model in 3D.
How does the AR view actually work?
Every 3D model automatically exports to AR files (GLB for Android, USDZ for iPhone). From the quote page or during the visit you open that file straight in the phone's camera, no separate app needed, placing a dormer life-size on the roof or a veranda in the garden, for example.
Does the configurator use my own prices or generic estimates?
Your own prices, always. You fill Pricing Management with combination tables, price formulas based on factory quotes, surcharges in € or % and installation hours; the configurator computes live from that. There's no generic national estimate or Bryntra margin in between: it's exactly your sales price.
What happens if a size falls outside my price table?
Bryntra interpolates within the bands you've entered, but a combination you've never priced, such as a slightly larger size or an option you haven't filled in, gets blocked rather than guessed. That way an accidentally wrong price never reaches a quote; you add the missing row once in Pricing Management and it works from then on.
Could AI accidentally change my prices?
No, never. AI has no write access to amounts, invoice numbering or VAT: those always run through the deterministic, tested calculation core. When quoting from photos, AI only ever reads geometry (dimensions, layout, opening direction); the price then comes from your own price book.
Does the configurator work with the window profiles I already use?
The 3D configurator is based on realistic profile systems from VEKA, Schüco and Aluplast, and the price always comes from your own combination tables or formulas either way, not a generic database. Using a different brand? Just enter your own prices and profile depth in Pricing Management.
Can I show different dormer models side by side?
Yes, you configure prefab, Keralit, thirties-style, zinc or HPL side by side in 3D and can place them on separate quotes or compare before the customer decides. Each model has its own pricing line in the width matrix, so the comparison shows on price immediately.
Does Bryntra automatically price a third post for a wide veranda?
Yes, for spans that require it the configurator automatically adds a third post and includes it in the price, so you don't have to track that yourself. The depth classes in Pricing Management determine what's structurally possible.
Invoicing & accounting
Is the invoice numbering compliant for tax purposes?
Yes. Invoices get their number from a locked counter in the database that runs gap-free and continuous, exactly what tax authorities expect. You choose your own prefix (INV, for example); the counter itself then always continues without skipping.
What is UBL, and does Bryntra send over the Peppol network?
UBL is a standardised XML format for electronic invoices; Bryntra generates it to the Dutch NLCIUS standard, Peppol BIS 3.0 compliant. That means the format is Peppol-conformant, but Bryntra doesn't itself transmit invoices over the Peppol network. You download the UBL, attach it to an e-mail, or let your accounting integration process it.
Which accounting packages does Bryntra connect to?
Moneybird and e-Boekhouden receive invoices via automatic push, idempotent, so never double-booked. Working with AccountView? Export the same cent-exact lines as an XML file for your accountant. Any other package can always be fed through the NLCIUS/UBL download.
Can I invoice in instalments?
Yes. From an order you set up an instalment schedule, deposit, installation start and delivery for example, in percentages or fixed amounts. Every instalment invoice adds up cent-exact to the order total, so there's never a rounding gap at the end.
Can I record partial payments on one invoice?
Yes, you record each partial payment separately and Bryntra automatically tracks the outstanding balance and due date. You see at a glance which invoices are fully paid, partially paid, or still untouched.
Does Bryntra support every VAT rate?
Yes, you configure any VAT rate you need: 0%, 9%, 21% or a custom rate for your situation. Quotes and invoices automatically break out the subtotal per rate, computed error-free in integer cents.
How does extra work move from the job card to the invoice?
The fitter logs extra work on the work order; back at the office you push it onto the order as an invoice line with one controlled action, never automatic and never booked twice. The customer sees exactly what was added, and you see the margin immediately.
Planning & work orders
Do fitters see the whole schedule and all customers?
No. Fitters only see their own agenda and the jobs assigned to them, along with the contact details for those jobs, but no access to the rest of the customer card, colleagues' schedules or business figures. Office staff and managers see the full team board.
Can a fitter fill in the work order on site?
Yes, the work order is built for the phone: hours, materials used and photos of the job are added by the fitter on the spot. The customer signs off on that same screen, after which the work order closes and archives against the order.
What is job costing and how do I fill it in?
Job costing compares what you budgeted in the quote with what a job actually cost in hours, materials and extra work. You don't fill in anything separately: Bryntra populates job costing automatically from work orders and orders, per job and per period.
Can Bryntra estimate how many fitter-days an order needs?
Yes. Every product family has installation hours set in your pricing, and Bryntra sums those into a fitter-day estimate per order. When planning, you instantly see whether an order still fits next week, without adding up the hours yourself.
CRM, leads & AI
Does Bryntra work with Solvari and Werkspot?
Yes, through your own leads inbox. You forward (or auto-forward) e-mails from Solvari and Werkspot to that address, and Bryntra recognises and turns them into clean leads with name, address, job and source, ready to follow up in your pipeline.
Can I put an enquiry form on my own website?
Yes, one script tag embeds the form in your own branding on your site. Enquiries land straight in your pipeline, with no e-mail step in between.
What happens with duplicate enquiries from the same customer?
Bryntra recognises duplicates based on contact details when leads arrive via your leads inbox or form, so the same enquiry doesn't land twice as separate leads in your pipeline. Your customer card stays one coherent record instead of scattered fragments.
What can the AI assistant do for me?
You can ask in plain language for customers, quotes or your schedule, have notes summarised, or get tasks created. The assistant operates within your role and permissions and works through action cards you confirm yourself. It never acts silently.
What is Bryntra's MCP server?
MCP is an open standard that lets AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT talk securely to other applications. Bryntra's built-in MCP server connects such an assistant to your own account, secured with OAuth: it then always operates within your role and permissions, never through a separate service account.
What are the weekly AI insights in reporting?
Every week AI summarises your last 30 days of numbers into short insight pills, win rate or revenue growth per product family for example. The underlying figures are always computed deterministically in the database; AI only adds the interpretation, and it's visible to managers only.
Security, privacy & data
Where is my data stored?
Entirely within the EU. Bryntra hosts in European data centres, so your data doesn't leave the EU for storage or processing, relevant for GDPR and for customers who ask.
Is my data separated from other companies on Bryntra?
Yes, strictly. Every workspace is a separate tenant with row-level isolation in the database (row-level security): a query technically cannot see outside your own workspace, not even by accident through an application-layer bug.
Can I export all my data?
Yes, any time. A full export of customers, quotes, orders and invoices is built in, so you don't depend on a support request and you're never locked into Bryntra.
Is Bryntra GDPR-compliant, and can I have data deleted?
Yes. Alongside EU hosting, the right to erasure is built in: you can have a customer's or employee's personal data removed, even if a module is disabled for your plan. Underlying data is then only retained where legally required, such as for invoices.
Can I make 2FA mandatory for my team?
Yes, two-factor authentication is available per account, and as an owner or admin you can enforce 2FA across your entire workspace. That way nobody can log into a sensitive account with just a password.
Who owns the data stored in Bryntra?
You do. Bryntra is the processor; you are and remain the owner of your customer data, quotes and invoices. That's also why full export and erasure are always available, regardless of your plan.
Mobile & other
Is there a Bryntra app in the App Store or Play Store?
Not in the traditional sense. Bryntra installs as a PWA (progressive web app) straight from the browser on iPhone, Android and desktop, in two taps, with no app store and no separate installer. Updates reach everyone instantly.
Does Bryntra work offline?
No, honestly: Bryntra is online-first and needs an internet connection to work. 4G or wifi is plenty on most job sites and at customers' homes, but fully offline use isn't something we support right now.
What exactly is Bryntra?
Bryntra is business software for window, construction and installation companies that follows every step: from first lead through quote, order and planning to invoice. It runs in the browser, each workspace is fully your own company's, and it scales through three plans from €99 to €499 per month.
